Capacity is calculated according to the type of product you will process, your daily working hours and your targeted monthly production amount. The same machine gives different yields for hazelnuts and cashews. When you send us your daily goal and product list, we notify you in writing of both the appropriate model and realistic hourly capacity.

It varies between 30 - 45 days on average after order confirmation for standard models, and 90 - 180 days for turnkey lines. The most determining factor in the duration is the level of automation and your special manufacturing demands. The exact delivery date is stated in writing in the contract.

It can be done. When you send your own product to our facility, we make a trial roast on the relevant machine before purchasing and send you the result as a video and sample. It is also possible to come to our facility and watch the trial on site by making an appointment.

For deliveries within Türkiye, installation, commissioning and operator training are included in the price. In overseas projects, transportation and accommodation costs of our technical team are evaluated separately; Installation and training services are also provided by us.

All our machines have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage includes body, mechanical parts and electrical panel. Malfunctions caused by consumables and user error are not covered. Spare parts and service support continues uninterrupted after the warranty expires.

Yes. We increase capacity and efficiency by adding elevators, cooling, oil filtering or automation panels to lines consisting of different brands of machines. We often carry out modernization work during off-shift hours, without stopping production completely.

Our machines are CE marked and all food contact surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Depending on the requested export market, EAC, SASO and ETL compliance processes can also be carried out. Our business operates within the scope of ISO 9001 quality management system.

Yes. To date, we have shipped machines to more than 40 countries. The process of container loading, customs documents and compliance documents is carried out by us. For on-site installation, our technical team goes to the relevant country; Remote support can also be provided via video link.
